- Triage: Immediate help for the first 2 weeks. Includes a support group and information on how to do effective job hunting.
- Crossroads Career Class: A networking support group with an assessment questionnaire that generates a 32 page in-depth personalized report.
- Resource personnel to provide one-on-one mentoring.

- Triage: Call Tammy to get started immediately.
- Crossroads Career Class: One day a week for eight weeks.
- Resource personnel mentoring: by arrangement.
